Our experience includes developing new structures, restructuring, training, designing and implementing a wide range of management systems, (Quality ISO 9001:2015, Health & Safety ISO 45001: 2018, Environmental ISO 14001: 2015, Business Continuity ISO 22301: 2019, Food Safety ISO 22000:2018, Information Security environment ISO 27001:2013) designing and setting up business continuity plans, establishing job evaluation, performance management systems, as well as the design of stakeholder engagement in accordance with international standards.
